Mission: Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store
I manage MY own department with full autonomy

My team
I hire, train, and manage my sales assistants’ team on a daily basis, help them to achieve their professional targets.

My performance
I achieve the economic target of my department on turnover, margin, expense and profitability.

My products
I work directly in the field with my team, and with the best layout to welcome our customers.
I control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation.

My customers
Work with my team, I provide professional sales service and technical sport and product advice to customers.

Daily Operation in the store
Cooperate with my colleagues, I work with store manager to guarantee the store daily operation job.

Profile:
Chinese nationality, fluent in English
Like sports goods
Sportive, practicing regularly one sport
Responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
Have long-term project to develop yourself within the project of the company
Good communication skills
Manager or potential manager

工作职责
在迪卡侬运动专业超市从事销售助理的工作。
代表并维护迪卡侬形象,具有服务意识和团队精神。
负责商品的陈列，整理货架及产品，确保本部门整洁的购物环境。
与顾客主动并有效的沟通,接受顾客咨询,让顾客满意是你的职责。
了解顾客需求，为顾客提供技术指导，根据顾客需要销售合适商品。

工作要求
18-25，喜欢运动（例如自行车、登山、篮球等）经常参与体育运动，了解运动用品。
大专以上文化水平善于与人沟通和交流。
热情、坦诚、乐观、耐心，有团队精神及负有责任心。
有基本英语会话能力者优先考虑。

工作职责
在迪卡侬商场从事收银助理工作代表并维护迪卡侬的形象，具有服务意识和团队精神。
通过快速而准确的结账过程使顾客满意 。
负责收银、产品型号及价格审核、账目核对、开具发票收银凭证等。
了解顾客需求，接受顾客咨询。与顾客有效沟通，让顾客满意是你的职责。
参与商场的日常活动。

工作要求
18-25岁，爱好体育，喜欢运动（例如自行车，篮球等），经常参与体育运动，了解运动用品。
大专以上文化水平善于与人沟通和交流。
热情、坦诚、乐观、有耐心，有团队精神并负有责任心。
